The Service allows customers to access the Site and view products and company profile from our site in accordance with these Terms of Use. Remados.com is a platform for buyers and sellers from all over the world who wish to connect with each other in order to find new business opportunities for Global wholesale trade.We make it easy to do business anywhere in world. Remados.com provides electronic web-based platforms for exchanging information between buyers and sellers of products and services.Remados.com additionally provides electronic web-based transaction platforms for Members to place, accept, conclude, manage and fulfill orders for the provision of products and services online within the Sites subject to the terms of the Remados.com Services Agreement. Remados.com does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Sites or the ability of the sellers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.Each User acknowledges that it is fully assuming the risks of conducting any purchase and sale transactions in connection with using the Sites or Services.The Services have the following features:
Company Profile/Information – Remados.com allows each Member/Supplier/Seller to display and edit basic information about its business, such as place of establishment,Address, Telephone Number, products and services offered, etc.
Products listing – Allows each Member to display and edit descriptions of product, specifications and images of products.
Unlimited Buyer Trade Lead Posting – allows each Member to post on the Site for public display offers to buy products and services from other users of the Site.
Remados.com may suspend or terminate all or part of the above Free Member Benefits at any time in its sole discretion.
4. Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers
— We provides electronic web-based platforms for exchanging information between buyers/importers and sellers/exporters of products and services. For any Services, Remados.com does not represent either the seller or the buyer in specific transactions.Remados.com does not control and is not responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Sites or the ability of the sellers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.
— Remados.com uses several techniques to verify the accuracy of certain information our Users provide us when they register for a membership service on the Sites. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, Remados.com cannot and does not confirm each User’s purported identity. We encourage you to use various means, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.
— Users are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted on.
— User agrees to provide all information and materials as may be reasonably required by Remados.com in connection with your transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of Services. Remados.com has the right to suspend/terminate any User’s account if the User fails to provide the required information and materials.

— One User may only register one member account on the Sites. Remados.com may terminate a User’s member account if Remados.com has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more member accounts.
— Each Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
— Member/User agrees that all activities that occur under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by the Member.
— Member/User agrees that in case of Member’s failure to maintain the security of his account, Remados.com shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s/Users account without liability to Member.
7. Submissions
The Site may allow you and other third parties to post reviews or comments concerning the Service or the products we distribute. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information that constitutes part of the content expressed or made available by third parties on the Site are those of the respective authors or producers and not of Remados.com, or its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees. We may review and delete any content, in whole or in part, that in the sole judgment of Remados.com violate these Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights of or harm any third parties. Remados.com is a web portal for help to exporters and importers. All graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are trademarks or trade products of Remados.com. Any trademarks not owned by Remados.com that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Remados.com. All content and compilation thereof on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Remados.com, its licensors, or its product suppliers, and is protected by India and international copyright laws. No material, including, but not limited to, the material listed above, should be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
9. Termination
You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, or use of the Service or the Site, and remove and discard any of your Submissions from the Site, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.
