Remados.com respects third party intellectual property rights and actively supports protection of Intellectual Property of others including patents, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, design marks, trade secrets, copyrights or Counterfeits items. Remados.com will evaluate intellectual property infringement claims send to us and our action will include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity.


How to protect your intellectual property rights and report a listing ?

If you are Intellectual Property right owner or authorized agent provide the below details and E mail us to Support@remados.com. The email should contain the following information.

a.  Your address, telephone number, and email address.

b. Proof of identity of the complaining party and relevant authorization if the complaining party is not the intellectual property right holder

c. Identification or description of the copyrighted work/ trademark that has been infringed.. Proof of intellectual property ownership (such as trademark/copyright/patent certificate as attachments)

d. Exact clickable hyperlinks to the relevant allegedly listings that you claim is infringing is located on Remados.com including, but not limited to, website locations/links, photographs, samples


Remados.com reserves the right not to take any further action in respect of the Alleged Infringement if the IP Complaint is insufficient or is incomplete, and/or the Relevant Information is not provided as required.
